Shipping Policy – please read carefully prior placing your order

At the moment, we do not ship to the U.S.A.

Effective August 29, 2025, the de minimis exemption for low-value shipments (under $800 USD) to the U.S. has been suspended, meaning all U.S. imports, regardless of value, origin, or entry mode, will be subject to applicable U.S. duties and taxes that may be charged to the receiver of the goods if the shipper did not prepay these fees in advance.

Shipping to European countries

We combine shipping, up to 40 grams (50 grams packed).

Orders up to 50 grams (packed) will be shipped in standard priority mail w/o tracking number (costs $5.00), on buyer´s risk, unless you request registered shipping with tracking number.

Effective May 1, 2026, in accordance with international regulations, international registered mail may contain only personal correspondence (documents). The weight of such shipments may not exceed 50 grams. If the shipment weighs more than 50 grams and contains goods, it may be sent via an international parcel service (UPS Courier service, FedEx, etc.). If the package is sent via an international shipping service, prices may vary by country, depending on the package's weight.

RETURN POLICY
All merchandise is guaranteed to be of the kind and quality shown. No returns without prior approval, and absolutely no returns after 14 days from receipt of merchandise, regardless of reason. Damage claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier, and we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise by you. Any authorized return other than for damage or error on our part will be subject to a restocking fee of not less than 10%. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returns other than damage or error. All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipping cartons, with all shipping charges prepaid.
